The Best of Houzz award is given in two categories: Customer Satisfaction and Design. Customer Satisfaction honors are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2013. Through a survey and analysis of over 16 million monthly users, Langley walked away with one of the coveted awards.

“I really try to take my time with each design and figure out what will work best. I like to give my customers options. I don’t want to just come in, rush through an appointment, sketch something out and then try to pressure them into purchasing”, says Langley. “I also like to stay in touch with my clients even after installation, to see how they are doing and make sure that the design I’ve created for them is meeting all of their needs. Developing and maintaining relationships is essential for great customer service and overall satisfaction” she adds.
