This compact two-bedroom condo in Tampa needed a space that could serve multiple roles: a bedroom that would meet a teenage son’s needs now, while easily transitioning into a guest room and home workout space once he left for college.
With square footage at a premium, Closet Factory designed a solution with a custom wall bed that delivered maximum versatility without sacrificing comfort, style, or personality.

The centerpiece is a full-size custom wall bed, clad in modern textured laminate cabinetry with matte black hardware and built-in drawer storage. When the bed is closed, it blends seamlessly into the room’s sleek aesthetic, revealing wide-open floor space perfect for workouts or stretching, and potentially even a home office setup down the road. When open, it transforms into a comfortable sleeping space complete with ambient LED lighting that creates a soft, modern glow.

Adaptable Wardrobe Storage
Flanking the bed are two tall cabinets with open shelving, drawers, and full-length hanging space. The modular design allows the room to shift functions easily, serving as closet space for the homeowner’s son now, and converting into storage for guests, workout gear, or home office supplies later.
