Orders are placed with your designer or local Closet Factory office. Because no two projects are alike, a design and quote on the project must first be prepared by a Closet Factory Designer. The design and quote is based on the project measurements, as well as the materials and features selected.

Your local Closet Factory office will coordinate and schedule your installation date right at the point of purchase. Need your project completed on a tighter timeline? Be sure to let your designer know at the start of your design consultation so we can discuss available rush options.
How to Set a Service, Add-on, or Maintenance Request
Need service or adjustments on an existing system? Please contact the local Closet Factory office that completed your installation. If you would like to purchase additional accessories or add to a completed project, you can contact your designer or the local office to get started.
