The Project

Turning a New Build into
a Home Designed for Living

When the Sibiga family built their new home, they wanted more than just beautiful spaces. With two energetic boys and a busy lifestyle, they needed thoughtful storage solutions that would keep their home organized and effortless to navigate.

They envisioned a home where everything had its place, where mornings ran smoother, and where thoughtful details made a big difference. Closet Factory stepped in to design storage solutions that seamlessly blended into their home while bringing a sense of order to their everyday life. From the pantry to the mudroom, the built-ins, and the primary closet, the goal was simple. Create spaces that support the way they live, so they can focus on what matters most.

Bringing Custom Organization into Every Corner

  • A Pantry Where Everything Has a Place

The open-concept kitchen meant that keeping clutter out of sight was key. The new pantry is more than storage. It is a command center for family meals, with pull-out drawers, adjustable shelving, and smart zones for snacks, spices, and small appliances.

  • A Pocket Office for Work and Homework

What was originally planned as a butler’s pantry became a dual-purpose office space, giving both parents and kids a dedicated place to focus. With two workstations, the Sibigas gained a space where productivity meets practicality, perfect for everything from remote work to after-school assignments.

  • A Mudroom That Keeps Up with the Family

With two young boys, the mudroom needed to work like a well-oiled machine. Thoughtful details like individual cubbies, a built-in bench, and custom-sized compartments for their favorite baskets keep everything in order while making daily routines effortless. A small but game-changing detail was carving out space in the bench design to improve traffic flow.

  • Built-Ins That Make a House Feel Like Home

The Sibigas’ fireplace was meant to be a statement piece, but the surrounding space lacked cohesion. Custom cabinetry and floating shelves were designed to hug the full stone fireplace, tying the room together. The result is a living space that feels warm, intentional, and beautifully complete.
