“We had the BEST experience with our custom closets through the Closet Factory. We found them through Costco which meant there was already a seal of approval and backing of a trusted company. The entire experience from design to install went great! Determining the design was super fun. Alina, our designer, had great ideas to optimize our space and allowed us to play around with a bunch of different options before settling on our final decision. The showroom was great to visit because we got to see the quality of the materials/system, color choices, countertop options, etc. After visiting the showroom we were even more excited to move forward with the project.
The install happened on the date promised, and the guys that came took great care to keep the house neat and tidy during the 2 day install. When they left it was like they were never there! They cleanup up, wiped down the closet systems, and left it perfect for our to just start organizing! Everyday when my husband and I enter our closets we say how happy we are that we did them! We couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend!!!”
