Very happy with our experience with The Closet Factory. Sierra came to our home and discussed our needs for a primary bedroom closet and laundry room cabinets and closet. She designed a solution that addressed all of our needs. I really appreciated the detailed drawings included in the contract which resulted in us requesting a few changes and Sierra was very accommodating of these changes. Communication regarding the installation was excellent. Jimmie and Fadin installed the bedroom and laundry room closets in a day and a half. They arrived on time, were very thorough, professional and cleaned up before leaving both days. Would highly recommend and work with them again.

This was an awesome experience! Brittany came out to my home to assist me with designing my closet. I had already sketched out what wanted and a few suggestions from Brittany we came up with a design. The team at the closet factory maintained consistent communication with me and on the day of installation James and Keith arrived and completed the installation. Another great closet from the Closet Factory! This was our third master bedroom project. Once you have a well-designed custom closet you can never go back to contractor grade wire shelves. Closet Factory of Jacksonville set us up with Brittany, who was super helpful with our design, and Mario did an incredible installation. Totally worth it!!
