Closet Factory Designers Shine During 2018 Cabinets and Closets Conference and Expo

Closet Factory designers showed off their skills at creating home offices during this year’s annual Cabinets and Closets Conference and Expo held in Pasadena, CA. In total, three Closet Factory designers’ projects were submitted for voting during the expo’s “Top Shelf People’s Choice Award”.  When all the votes were tallied, Ft. Lauderdale’s Jeanne Hessen captured the most votes for her elegant, ocean inspired home office, as well being named the top designer in the over 150 square-feet Home Office category.

“The home office category always produces really interesting design results, and this year was no exception. Jeanne’s design was very popular among our Facebook members, and our six judges thought her home office design was exceptional,” said Michaelle Bradford, Editor for Closets & Organized Storage magazine.

  • White B2 maple slab cabinets with full overlay
  • Lights placed on floating shelves to accent all accessories of the home office
  • Doormark textured materials on the wall panel and waterfall under the desk
  • Half-inch glass was used on the peninsula and over the waterfall
  • Quartz was used on sides of the peninsula and on the bench
  • Pop-up electrical outlets on the countertop for electronic devices

  • A special area for formal wear,
  • Waterfall granite top on the center island
