Requirements and Investment
The typical initial investment you need to make to open the doors of your new closet manufacturing business is from $182,500 to $310,000 (which includes the Closet Factory initial franchise fee of $46,500). You should have a minimum of $100,000 liquid capital available (cash, savings, marketable securities, gifts, or any other non-borrowed sources). Royalties are 6.75% of cash received, due weekly.

You are not required to have closet industry experience or even know how to use a hammer. Experience managing a business successfully or having a background in sales, management or marketing can be helpful.

Closet Factory requires that the franchisee participate in the day-to-day management of the business; this is not an absentee ownership business.
