I am so proud of the expert team of Designers that we have in Los Angeles and Orange County. Not only are they professional, but they care about each client. That is probably why we have so many people use us for multiple projects in their home. And it never ceases to amaze me how many referrals we get! So many people refer us to others that our Designers are extremely busy. Referrals to us are the best compliment.
The motto of our Design team is to treat each client like their only client. In the first meeting we listen. I know that sounds obvious, but it is the key factor in designing the perfect closet for an individual. We work as a team – the client and the Designer – to design a closet that fits the person’s organizational needs, aesthetic aspirations and budget. We also service all of the needs of each client and manage their project through completion. It makes for an enjoyable experience: a Closet Factory experience.

On February 9th of this year, we celebrated our 26th Anniversary. For more than a quarter of a century, we have been working in homes throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Since joining the company in 1987, I have seen Closet Factory set itself above everyone else.
Closet Factory was founded with the motto that we can do anything. That creed has been the driving force behind our expansion. With the widest array of products on the market, we appeal to everyone whether they need help in a small coat closet or want to organize their entire house with exotic woods and ornate carvings. If a client asks for something specific, we will create a design so the dream for their space becomes a reality.
I am so proud of the team we have today. All of the people on our office, manufacturing, installation and design teams work together to continue the mission of doing what it takes to earn each client’s business. We provide all clients with an enjoyable experience so that come back for other projects. The greatest reward is all of the clients who continue to call and refer us to other people they know. We would love to add you to our list of people who say Closet Factory is #1.

To the Closet Factory Management:
In April 2008, a ceiling pipe leak destroyed my ten-year-old Closet Factory custom unit, located in my living room closet. Victoria Hofmann designed a beautiful new unit to take its place.
In January 2009, a ceiling pipe leak (this time in the bedroom) made me realize I'd have to replace the entire "recirc line" that looped through the ceiling of every closet in my condominium, including the living room closet. Victoria's unit, albeit brand new and undamaged, would have to be removed so the plumbers could do their work. I contacted Victoria, and she was very supportive and responded to all my emails/phone calls promptly. She made sure an installer could remove my unit before the plumbers arrived. Then, yesterday, when I learned that a different installer would be reinstalling my unit, her detailed drawing made it easy for him to restore my unit exactly as it had been before.
Thanks also to Isidoro (who removed the closet) and Alvaro (who reinstalled the closet) for their excellent work. And thanks to the office staff (Catherine, Mallely, Pearl, and Reina) for coping with me in moments when the repipe project caused me to reach the end of my rope!
The proof is in the pudding, as they say. The attached "before" and "after" pictures say it all.

Senior Designer Jeannine Wainrib received the Raymond Craig Award, from ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) Los Angeles chapter. This award is presented to an outstanding Industry Partner for dedication and commitment to the design industry and profession. The award was presented at the ASID Installation on October 1, 2009.
Senior Designer Sue Breitrose became a Board Member for Processional Women in Building, Los Angeles chapter. Professional Women in Building is a Council at the National Association of Home Builders.
Kay Wade was installed as a Board Member for ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) on Oct 1. Jan 1, 2009 Kay Wade became the national Membership Committee Chairperson for Professional Women in Building. Professional Women in Building is a Council at the National Association of Home Builders.

Hello Sue:
I just wanted to say a big "thanks" for the beautiful layout and workmanship of our three walk-in closets. I couldn't be happier! Senia saw her closet over the weekend and was very excited. She's already planning where she's going to place all her toys, books and clothes when we move in. (To get a 7 year old excited about a closet is a big feat!) Thank you again for all the time and attention you gave to our home. You listened to all our needs and came through with flying colors.
We will definitely be in touch and will contact you when our next storage needs arise. (I'd like to tackle the garage; however that will more than likely happen after we move in.)

Since our Los Angeles/Orange County location is also our corporate office, we are the driving force behind Closet Factory’s associations with important national organizations. As the Head Designer I am involved with builder, interior designer and organizing associations both locally and nationally. (See the list of associations below.)
