Who is the Closet Factory customer? Predominately, our customer is the end user – the home owner, although increasing numbers of builders, contractors, and interior designers do use us to satisfy their client’s needs.
Do you do anything else besides closets? Yes, we offer a broad range of home storage & organization products including home offices, entertainment centers, laundry rooms, pantries, kid’s rooms and garages. We do not do kitchens or baths.
Do I need special software to keep track of my business? You will use Closet Factory’s proprietary database program for keeping track of your clients and their jobs. Financial records are tracked with QuickBooks.

Is this a “turn-key” business? Yes, but only in the sense that you do not have to develop your own marketing materials, processes, procedures, training materials, and so on. You have to hire your own personnel, find a location, and do all of the tasks associated with opening and running this franchised business.
