Green Materials

Our "Green" products strive to enhance the beauty of your home, office, and other areas while addressing the concern we all have for our environment. We offer every client the option to select the product that best suits their personal style and environmental conscience.

For those who wish to have the most environmentally conscious materials, we offer several brands with NO ADDED UREA FORMALDEHYDE particleboard. These certified recycled content products received the EPA's EPP certification because they are 100% recycled wood fiber particleboard. People with special health needs or that have sensitivity to formaldehyde will appreciate the availability of these products.

Important to home builders and remodelers, the use of “green building materials” contributes to their LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) credits.

Closet Factory also offers bamboo-based board materials – a “green” rated wood product known for its high sustainability.

Material selection varies by location.  Special Orders for green board materials can be placed for most finishes. Not all materials mentioned are available at all locations. Please ask your Closet Factory Design Consultant about available materials.
