    These smaller-sized wood appliqués can be used as detailed accents on your closets or cabinets to add architectural character to the design.  These individual woodcarvings or embossed appliqués are most commonly known as onlays and added when your unit would benefit aesthetically with the extra ornamentation.

    Onlays can be incorporated into the overall design to create contrast, an enhancement or a continuation of a theme or design.  Petit onlays are generally selected to enhance top corners of fascias or sub-moldings below layered crowns or added to decorative arches and valances on upper book shelving units.

    Petit onlays come in a wide variety of designs and shapes that are sure to add that extra flair that makes your style choices your own.   Our special order onlays are typically available in maple, cherry wood and poplar wood species.
